We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including all major cities and regional areas. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Service Areas: Australia-wide, including rural and regional areas.
  • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas and slightly longer for regional areas.
  • Service Areas: Major metropolitan areas and regional locations.
  • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, courier delays, or weather conditions.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.
  • Public Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For large or bulky items, additional charges may apply. You will be notified of these charges during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery. You can track your package via the courier’s website to stay informed about its progress.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at operations@thetooltuckshop.com.au.


6. Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely deliveries, The Tool Tuckshop is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Courier service disruptions.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at operations@thetooltuckshop.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
  3. Return Process: We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect or damaged item(s). You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

We will either replace the damaged item(s) or provide a refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.


8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at operations@thetooltuckshop.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.


10. Shipping Exclusions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.
  • Certain remote or rural locations may have limited courier services, which could result in extended delivery times.

11. International Shipping
